Group Coaching Peer Advisory Board · Ongoing

The Boardroom Mastermind

A peer advisory board for business owners. Big organizations have a boardroom — a circle of trusted minds to pressure-test every major decision. Most owners don't. The Boardroom gives you one: a curated cohort of 7–10 established owners who become your standing board, meeting regularly to think through the real decisions together.

Why The Boardroom exists

Business ownership is a lonely journey.

Every big organization has the benefit of a board — a room full of experienced people who challenge assumptions, weigh the trade-offs, and help leadership see around corners. Small and mid-sized business owners rarely have that. The hardest calls get made alone, often late at night, with no one to think them through.

The Boardroom bridges that gap. It surrounds you with a small, trusted group of fellow owners who have sat where you sit — so the collective wisdom of a boardroom becomes available to you, every month, for the decisions that actually move your business.

The right room changes the quality of your decisions. Better decisions change the trajectory of your business.

Who sits at the table

There's no fixed revenue cutoff. We build each cohort by suitability, so the room is genuinely peer-level — people who can both give and get real value.

Established owners

You've built something real and you're past the survival stage. Now the decisions are bigger, the stakes are higher, and you want sharper thinking around them.

Decision-makers

You hold the final call in your business. The Boardroom is for the person who owns the outcome — not for those who need sign-off from someone else.

Givers, not just takers

The best boards are reciprocal. You're open to sharing what you've learned as candidly as you ask for help — that's what makes the room worth being in.
